So that you can become acquainted with the K&P Computer world well and successfully, we take a lot of time for you. Each new colleague gets a mentor from the department at his side, who accompanies him during his familiarization phase (and beyond). For the first few weeks, you will receive an individual induction plan that includes many small, cross-departmental information steps in various areas of the company. You will then have a good overview of how the individual colleagues work together and form a team – the K&P Computer Team. The first training (1 week) always takes place in the head office in Wiesbaden.
We attach great importance to the fact that our employees can constantly develop themselves further, personally and professionally. Individual career plans are drawn up and pursued together in annual staff appraisals. Technical certifications are of course established and kept up to date.
