Registration and password

Some areas of the K&P website are password-protected In the interest of the security of business transactions, only registered persons may access these areas.
The use of the customer portal is intended exclusively for customers who have a valid service contract with K&P Computer. Authorisation to access the portal is issued after checking the service contract number and is valid for the duration of the contract. There is no entitlement to registration with K&P Computer. K&P Computer is entitled to withdraw the access authorisation at any time by blocking the access data, in particular if a registered person:
•    has given false details during registration,
•    has violated these conditions of use or due care when handling the access data,
•    has violated any applicable laws by accessing or using the K&P website.
•    the contractual relationship has ended or
•    the person has not used the password-protected area for a long period of time.
If registration is intended, the person is obligated to give true information during registration. Any later changes, e.g. of email address, must be communicated to K&P Computer without delay. The registered person ensures that the user data is not made available to third parties and is liable for all activities undertaken using the user data. After each use, the person must leave the password-protected area. If the registered person becomes aware that third parties are using the user data improperly, this person is obligated to inform K&P Computer of this without delay. A registered person can request the deletion of their registration in writing at any time. In these circumstances, K&P Computer shall delete all user data and all other stored personal data of the registered person as soon as these are no longer required.
