Thanks to our 24/7 logistics team, you can rely on our prompt and competent help even in emergencies at any time of day or night.

FLEXIBLE CONTRACT MODELS AND SLAS

K&P Computer offers you flexible, contractual framework conditions, consistent with your operational requirements.

On the one hand, this means the contract durations for individual systems in your maintenance contract can be individually reduced within the agreed duration and, on the other hand, this means the SLAs selected are individually suited to your operational situation.

Examples for selectable SLAs:
5/9, Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00, reaction time or repair time NBD
6/13, Mon-Sat, 07:00-20:00, reaction time or repair time 4, 6 or 8 hrs SBD
7/24, Mon-Sun, 00:00-24:00, reaction time or repair time 4, 6 or 8 hrs SBD

FIRMWARE AND MICROCODE UPDATES

The manufacturer specifications which govern the current firmware and microcode resources for systems in the data centre have changed drastically over the last few years. To make current firmware and microcode resources “legal” or “compliant”, the manufacturers IBM and HP require a valid guarantee or hardware maintenance contract with the manufacturer.

K&P Computer can advise you before the beginning of the contract which systems are worth such manufacturer reinsurance from a technical point of view and negotiate these contracts as a single point of contact. This also applies for software maintenance agreements (SWMA)
