Processing of personal data

For technical reasons, certain data must be collected and stored when our website is accessed. We use this data for the purpose of technical administration of the website, to fulfil your wishes and requirements and for internal analysis and market research purposes.

Each of your accesses is stored in a log file with the following data:

– Date and time of retrieval

– data volume transferred

– Message whether the retrieval was successful

The data is stored in a secure operating environment on our own servers, which are not accessible to the public. Your personal data will be treated in strict confidence and evaluated exclusively for the purpose of optimising our Internet presence. All data will be deleted after 30 days at the latest.

On the other hand, since the confidentiality of the transmitted information during transmission cannot be guaranteed when contacting us by e-mail, we recommend that you send confidential information exclusively by letter.

Your personal data will not be passed on, sold or otherwise transferred to third parties unless this is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract or you have given your express consent.

On individual pages we require further personal data in order to provide our services or to be able to execute the contractual relationship concluded with you.

The following data is required for registration and login to our customer centre and extranet.

– Your service contract number (customer number)

– Salutation, first name, last name

– E-mail address

– Password

The data entered in the registration mask concerning service contract number, form of address, first name, surname are required to check the legitimacy and are deleted immediately afterwards.

The e-mail address and password entered in the registration mask are required to log on to the customer centre or the extranet and are stored in a secure operating environment on our own servers. If the access to the customer centre or the extranet is deleted, these access data are also deleted.

The provision of your personal data is absolutely necessary for registration and login to the Customer Center or the Extranet. If your personal data is not made available, no access authorization will be set up or existing access will be deleted.

The following data is required for event registration:

– Your service contract number (customer number)

– Salutation, last name

– Company / Organization

– E-mail address

– Phone number

All other information about your person and the company / organisation is voluntary.

The data is required for the organisation of the event (confirmation of participation, invitation, event information). Your data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected. If your personal data is not provided, registration and participation in the event will not be possible.

User rights

They have the right to data transferability, information, correction, deletion and restriction of the processing of their personal data as well as a right of appeal in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO to a supervisory authority. There is no automatic decision making or profiling pursuant to Art. 22, para. 1 and 4 DPA. Your personal data will not be passed on, sold or otherwise transferred to third parties unless this is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract or you have given your express consent.

Our website uses etracker GmbH technology ( to collect and store data for marketing and optimization purposes. This data is then transmitted in anonymized form to the etracker GmbH computer center in Hamburg. This data can be used to create anonymous user profiles under a pseudonym. The data collected using this technology does not involve the evaluation of IP addresses; instead, the data is combined using the pseudonym. This makes it impossible to assign a created user profile to a visitor of the website. This data collection and storage can be contradicted at any time with effect for the future.

Beyond this, no data will be passed on to third parties. The only exceptions to this are requests by authorised government bodies.

In the context of Google AdWords K&P Computer uses conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is stored on your computer. This cookie expires after 30 days and is not used to personally identify the user. If you visit certain websites and the cookie hasn’t expired, Google and K&P computers can recognize that the user clicked the ad and was redirected to that website.
