K&P’s »Code of Conduct« summarizes the essential values and core beliefs that form the basis of our business activities. The Code serves as a guideline for responsible, ethically correct behavior at all times, in compliance with the legal regulations of all the countries in which we operate. It forms the foundation for mutual tolerance and appreciation.

Integrated management system

The proactive quality mindset of our staff, the systemic perspective, and our core processes supported by software, anchored in a secure and stable IT infrastructure, form the solid foundation from which we operate and thus the framework for our Integrated Management System (IMS). Aligned with ISO 9001, this system significantly contributes to the sustainable growth of K&P.

Our IMS is implemented company-wide and integrates various aspects of strategic and operational considerations, including quality, information security, data protection, occupational safety, and environmental protection, as well as their outcomes.

Quality management

K&P has an integrated management system based on the principles of ISO 9001, which has been established in the company for over 20 years. Since then, colleagues at all levels have proactively contributed to ensure the application of our quality policy requirements. Key components include:

  • Continuous monitoring of our company-wide coordinated activities and processes in order to further develop and qualitatively improve them in line with new customer requirements and technological trends.

At K&P, compliance with legal regulations, internal guidelines and ethical principles is a top priority. To protect our corporate values and promote a transparent working environment, we have implemented a whistleblower system.
