duties
- You assemble entire systems and networks and install, configure and support them
- Technical consulting in hardware and software issues, in order to identify and analyze customer requirements and to develop professional solution proposals from them
- You implement operational project requirements of our customers independently or in a team with our consultants
- Develop sophisticated technical concepts including installation and configuration of complex systems
- You troubleshoot problems by using remote and diagnostic tools
- For implementations you take over a subproject management
Education & Knowledge requirements
- You have a completed apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on IT or a comparable qualification
- You have very good Microsoft knowledge, e.g. Exchange and Active Directory Services
- At best, you have general experience in the area of Windows Services (DNS, DHCP, File, Print, WSUS, Microsoft PKI, etc.)
- Knowledge in migration and troubleshooting of complex infrastructures is an advantage
- You work independently and on your own responsibility, have team spirit, are willing to travel and have a good command of English.
