General Data Protection Declaration

We are happy you chose to visit our website and are delighted about your interest in our company and services.

K&P Computer makes adherence to the German and European data protection regulations the highest priority. In the following, we will explain what information we at K&P Computer record during your visit to our website and how this is used.

Access to the internet service of K&P Computer

Each time you access the website, the following data is saved in a recording file:
- Name of the file accessed
- Date and time of access
- Data volume transmitted

The data is saved in a secure operation environment which is not accessible to the public. It will be handled with the strictest confidentiality and only analysed for the optimisation of our internet presence All data shall be deleted at the latest after 90 days.
 
This website uses etracker GmbH technology (www.etracker.com) to collect and store data for marketing and optimisation purposes, and transmit them in an anonymised form to the etracker GmbH data centre in Hamburg. An anonymised user profile can be created from this data using a pseudonym. No IP addresses are analysed from the data collected using this technology, but the data is compiled using the pseudonym. A created user profile is not allocated to a user. This collection and storage of data can be objected to at any time with effect in the future.

We also do not pass data to third parties. The only exceptions to this are demands from authorised official bodies.

If registration is intended, the person is obligated to give true information during registration. Any later changes, e.g. of email address, must be communicated to K&P Computer without delay. The registered person ensures that the user data is not made available to third parties and is liable for all activities undertaken using the user data. After each use, the person must leave the password-protected area. If the registered person becomes aware that third parties are using the user data improperly, this person is obligated to inform K&P Computer of this without delay. A registered person can request the deletion of their registration in writing at any time. In these circumstances, K&P Computer shall delete all user data and all other stored personal data of the registered person as soon as these are no longer required.
