Unlimited support: K&P Computer expands its multi-vendor service worldwide
Wiesbaden, April 19, 2017 +++ K&P Computer Service- und Vertriebs-GmbH is expanding its multi-vendor service globally. In order to better meet the increasing demands of customers in the IT maintenance business worldwide, K&P Computer is also intensifying the expansion of its international partner network. The reason: Many of K&P Computer’s 2,500 customers have an international presence and are increasingly entrusting the Wiesbaden-based IT system house with multi-vendor maintenance services outside the DACH region. K&P Computer then acts as a single point of contact for all of its customers’ hardware and software issues – internationally. Dirk Müller, technical division manager and authorized signatory at K&P Computer, is very pleased with the growing order situation: “Many globally oriented data centre operators already rely on our many years of expertise as a strategic multi-vendor provider to ensure their operational readiness. We are therefore currently pushing ahead with the international expansion of our multi-vendor service.” The global K&P multi-vendor service offers customers 24/7 availability and high-quality support services that are subject to established processes and comply with German standards. Customers can access this support either as an on-site or remote service. With its national and international multi-vendor service, K&P Computer covers, for example, systems and
peripheral units from IBM, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Fujitsu Technology Solutions, NetApp, Dell, EMC² and Cisco Systems.
