On April 9, 2025, Germany’s best managed service providers (MSPs) were honored at the c.m.c. congress in Düsseldorf. The annual study conducted by ChannelPartner and Computerwoche, in collaboration with the independent iSCM Institute, is based on the evaluation of 1,531 IT decision-makers, who assessed a total of 1,548 managed and cloud service projects.
Only 57 companies made it into the final ranking from over 700 IT service providers analyzed. The criteria assessed included consulting expertise, process quality, portfolio breadth, service speed, security and value for money.
