Once again this year, we surveyed our maintenance customers on their satisfaction with K&P – and are proud of the outstanding results.
With a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 80, K&P Germany achieves an excellent value that is well above the industry average. For comparison: an NPS above 50 is generally considered strong – the excellence class begins at 70. This feedback is impressive proof of the trust that our customers place in us on a daily basis.
Fast response times, personal support, reliable processes and competent support in day-to-day business – these are precisely the factors that our regular customer satisfaction surveys focus on. Among other things, our customers rate the quality of communication, compliance with service levels and our technical expertise – from troubleshooting to spare parts supply and managed services.

K&P Austria also achieved a strong result in the current survey: with an NPS of 67, the value is also above the industry average and underlines the high quality of service.
More than 4,000 customers rely on K&P’s services – from SMEs to large corporations. The fact that we consistently achieve high satisfaction ratings shows that our quality standards are not a promise, but a reality.
