Wiesbaden, September 30, 2021 +++ Wiesbaden-based IT company K&P Computer Service- und Vertriebs-GmbH has further expanded its CustomerCenter. Customers can now keep an eye on their assets at all times, check the status of their calls, register and deregister locations and much more.
As part of the optimization of the online portal, the following features were added or expanded: – Language selection German/English

– Fault call tracking in real time (detailed view)

– Call update option
– Call escalation
– Statistics in real time Many of the more than 3000 customers are already benefiting from the digital service and uncomplicated 24/7 availability.
