K&P Computer continues to expand – new IT service center in Amsterdam

Wiesbaden, April 04, 2022 +++ The full-service IT provider K&P Computer Service- und Vertriebs-GmbH is continuing its international growth course and establishing a technical base in Amsterdam. The Wiesbaden-based IT company is now also providing a 24/7 IT service on site for Dutch companies and companies with branches in the Netherlands.
For several years, K&P Computer has been focusing on expanding its international service network and today supports over 3,800 customers with locations in around 50 countries in the area of IT maintenance. With just one service hotline, the Wiesbaden-based IT service provider offers worldwide on-site service. Large and medium-sized companies with locations abroad particularly appreciate this development. If the IT at one location is faulty or a spare part is urgently needed at another location, all it takes is a call to the international K&P hotline. Customers can rely on a global service level that meets German standards.
This also applies to very heterogeneous IT landscapes. K&P Computer offers its maintenance services for almost all well-known hardware and software manufacturers.
SPARE PARTS SUPPLY
A high level of service requires process-optimized spare parts logistics. K&P Computer has a decentralized storage system with a very high level of availability, so that risks in IT operations can be reduced both in the event of unforeseeable developments, such as the pandemic, and in the event of manufacturer end-of-services, for example.
